Finding a product

To find a product, you can use the category tabs at the top of the main page but you can also use the Search functionality. When using the search button, please make your search as specific so that the result of the search matches your query.

If you have any doubt regarding the size that would suit, please feel free to use the sizing guide or call us on 01243 513 757, or email info@tucanobeach.com. You can also shop by sizes by using the shop by sizes tab.

Your order

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with the detail of the transaction and an order number. Please have your order number handy when calling us or contacting us via email as it will make it a lot quicker to locate it.

We will contact you within 12 hours should the item become unavailable or if we have an issue with the payment. When placing the order, please make sure that the contact phone number and/or the email are the ones you can be reached on. If not, we won’t be able to contact you and might have to cancel the order.

If we are not able to send you the item (s) ordered, we will contact you within 12 hours of placing the order to offer you an alternative or to order the item in for you. If the options offered are not to your satisfaction, we will refund the payment straight away and offer you a 10% discount on a future order.

If you are happy to try the options offered, we will refund the postage cost. At Tucano Beach, we do our outmost to source the best quality brands. But should you be unhappy with the quality of an item or should you have any suggestions, please feel free to contact us. We won’t be able to confirm an exchange after 28 days, but will do our best to resolve the issue.
