NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Unlike other online retailers we don't charge a high delivery fee only a flat rate of £3.50 no matter how many items you buy.

We aim to send products on the same day you order if before 4pm. However please allow 3 working days or a maximum of 7 working days although this would be extremely unlikely and would be due to factors out of our control such as a postal strike. We will notify you on our site or after receiving your order if there is any change to this general policy. Some larger items such as garden sets, tables and chairs may need to be ordered via our supplier and could take up to two to three weeks. We will always keep you fully informed.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
We will endeavour to fulfill all orders however in some instances stock supply is out of our control. In these unlikely instances we will advise you as soon as possible.
Returns Policy
If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase on TucanoBeach.com, we will exchange or give you a full refund, provided that you return the items to us within 28 days after receipt of the delivery. Under distance selling regulations you may cancel your order by returning any item for any reason within 28 days from the date of dispatch for a full refund (less postage costs), as long as it remains unused and in as new condition with all packaging and labels intact. The date for returns is printed on your delivery note for clarification. Kindly tell us the reason of the return on the delivery note.
For swimwear, please ensure that all items are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done
Please allow 5 days for the item to be refunded onto your card. The refund can only be made on the card that has been used to make the payment.

Please be aware that return postage fees cannot be refunded unless the reason for the return of the goods was due to an error made by us. If the error is ours we will then refund postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order. Goods returned after the date shown on your delivery note cannot be refunded.

Please note price tags must still be attached to the garments and that all labels and original packaging must be present and the product in the condition you would expect to receive an 'as new product', for us to be able to refund the returned items.
Please ensure that the delivery note enclosed with your order is completed and returned with your parcel,
Goods should be returned via an insured, traceable service to reach us on or before the return date shown on your delivery note (it is advisable to make a note of any tracking numbers in case they are required),
Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
On sale items are not returnable unless they are faulty.
Exchanging goods
If you are returning goods due to incorrect sizing where a replacement is required, please place a new order on the website or call us on 01243 513 757 for the correct replacement goods first. This will ensure that we can exchange the item as soon as possible.
Returning faulty goods and warranty claims
If a product you purchased from us is faulty when delivered, please contact our customer services team on TucanoBeach.com or call 01243 513 757 between 10:00am and 5.00pm Monday to Sunday.
Where a product develops a fault after use and the manufacturer offers a warranty covering that fault, please call us on 01243 513 757 and we will contact the manufacturer directly for you. You will need to send us the faulty item back and we will refund you the postage.
