UK delivery options and cost
Standard delivery is 2 - 3 days from the date of despatch - £1.99
Express delivery is 1 - 2 days from the date of despatch - £2.17
Next Working Day - £5.99 (Please note that the Next Working Day option is only available if all the items you are trying to order are in stock. Orders must be placed before 3pm Monday - Friday to be despatched the same day)
Saturday Delivery guaranteed before 1pm - £7.99 (Please note that the Saturday delivery guaranteed before 1pm option is only available if all the items you are trying to order are in stock. Orders must be placed before 3pm Monday - Friday to be despatched the same day)

Outside UK delivery options and cost
We offer two levels of service depending on how quickly you need your order delivered.
Standard International
Standard International method is suitable for all orders to be shipped outside the United Kingdom. ParcelForce Worldwide takes 3-21 days for delivery from despatch, dependant on location, examples, Europe £5.50, US £10.21
Express International
This shipping method is suitable for all orders to be shipped outside the United Kingdom. Parcelforce Express takes 1-4 days for delivery from despatch, dependant on location, examples Europe £28, US £35.
Despatch Time
All orders are processed the very same day. Next day orders are despatched same day, subject to your payment authorisation.
Alternative Delivery Address
Simply choose this option during checkout, by ticking an alternative address such as your work, home or even holiday address.
Special Instructions
Add special delivery instructions in the additional information box during checkout, such as "leave at the back door or leave with neighbours, house number 10"
Order tracking
We will e-mail you the tracking details where relevant.
Signing for delivery
Dependent on which delivery option you may need to sign for the delivery.
Our standard service, if parcel is light may go out with Royal Mail and be delivered with your post.
Order Collection
You may order online, then collect your order from our store. In this instance note down that you will collect from our boutique in the additional information section and we will refund any delivery cost.
Missing or damaged delivery

we will require damaged items to be returned to us.
For missing UK orders we will resend items after 5 days, or for International 30 days. This is to allow enough time for items to possibly be returned by courier due to incorrect address details or nobody being available for receipt or similar.
28 Days Returns or Exchange
Try it on at home. If it does not fit simply return the item for a full refund or easy exchange.
Any item may be returned anytime within 28 days from the date of dispatch for a refund or exchange. All that is needed is that the item(s) remains unused and in as new condition with all packaging and labels intact.
So if it does not fit, the item is not quite what you wanted or you have just changed your mind. Don't worry! Just simply send it back.
Please simply return any purchase with the return form and the posting bag provided with the delivery. Please use a recorded delivery service when sending the item(s) back.

Please remember to fill in the returns or exchange form as it will make it quicker to find your order and exchange it or process the refund. If you would like to exchange the item for another size or colour, please send us an email as soon as possible so we can make sure that we put the item on the side for you.
Return postage fees cannot be refunded unless the reason for the return of the goods was due to an error made by us. If the error is ours we will then refund postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order.
Please note that in case of the item being returned to us because it wasn't collected from the post office or the courrier company, we will resend it to you if you wish to but we will have to charge for the postage. This will include orders over £100.00. Please note that if you cancel your order after not collecting it from the Post Office depot or the courrier, we will process the refund minus the postage. This is including orders over £75 with free delivery. If the fault is ours, we will be happy to resend the order free of charge using the fastest delivery service.
As with most online retailers goods returned after 28 days may not be refunded, although of course we welcome your custom. Please allow 14 days for refund to be processed and refunded to your card. We will send you an email to let you know when the refund has been processed.
Please note that items purchased on sale with a discount of 30% or more can only be exchanged for another size, item or a credit note valid for one year. But cannot be refunded. We always have new arrivals so it is just a short time before you find something else that catches your eye.
